Minimum Order Quantity
As we are furniture manufacturers we sell B2B and do not sell direct to the public. Our minimum order quantity is a 20ft container. You have the ability to mix your teak root furnitures purchases across all our ranges and we do not have a minimum order quantity per piece of teak root furnitures.
Production Time
Our normal production time is 10-12weeks for 20ft and 40ft containers. However larger project work for special desihn expect a production time of around 16 weeks. Please remember that all our furniture is made by hand and not produced by machine hence these timelines.
FOB Prices
All the prices quoted for our furniture products are quoted FOB in USD. This price includes all single phase cardboard packing, Indonesian government paperwork, local tax’s, FLEG certification, internal trucking to Semarang port. Any additional charges like fumigation, ocean freight, THC and additional special destination country certification are borne by the customer.
Shipping
We have long standing relationships with shipping companies in Indonesia and can guarantee a smooth and trouble free purchasing experience. We send out for quotes and then pass the best quote on to you for your approval. We do not make any money from shipping as we are not in the shipping business we offer this service to you as an additional service
Samples
We are happy to produce samples of your furniture designs. We request that you provide us with detailed drawings and specifications in metric measurements. If you are only supplying a photo we still require specifications. All samples are produced at the customers cost, as are the transporation/shipping costs. These sample requests are payable in full at time of order.
Measurements
As our furniture is handmade and natural in different regencies across Java, the dimensions quoted in our catalogue are approximate and may differ from piece to piece, even on a similar products.Our dimensions are as follows – Length x Depth x Height in centimeters .VOLUME (cubic meters) – Our quote will give you an approximate guide to the total amount of cubic meters you have requested prices on.
Quality
Kiln Dried Wood Guarantee The moisture content of Almahyra Teak Root Wooden Furniture are19% – 20%. We QC every stage of the production process thus ensuring a good quality furniture product.
Payment Terms
At least 40% must be paid by the buyer upon acceptance of proforma invoice. Production will commence once funds are received in our bank account. We will confirm receipt of your deposit at this time. One week before your order is ready to ship we will send the final residual invoice for payment. Final payment must be completed within seven days of receipt of final invoice.
Refunds
3 month replacement or money back guarantee againts damaged items caused of manufacturer’s defects. Definition of manufacturer defect: a structural defect that makes the piece of furniture unusable for the purpose it was designed. We endeavor to display as accurately as possible the true colours of our products via the website, however we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the photographs due to individual computer resolutions and colour of caracter teak root. We will do accept colour and shade discrepancies as a reason for defect.
